Web Developer/Programmer:
A qualified applicant needs to have the desire to learn ColdFusion if he/she does not already have a ColdFusion background.  We will consider experience in any language.  Knowledge of CSS, Javascript and other web technologies is required.  Additional understanding of MVC, OOP etc. are desired.  An ideal candidate would also have a background in graphic design.   

Graphic Designer:
Graphic artist with an existing portfolio of work.  Web site design expertise required.
